Lost Orders

If your order was lost in transit, we will create a replacement to you at our expense or offer you a full refund.

If the product you received has any of the above issues, please contact us via email or website with pictures of errors and your order number. We will refund or create a replacement order.

Late or missing refunds.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges.
