Orders and Shipping
From the time your order is placed and the date when you or your customer receives it, there are two processes to consider.
- Fulfillment: Standard fulfillment time is 1-3 business days. Once your order has been fulfilled and left our building you will receive a notification with shipping information if applicable. Depending on the circumstances and inventory levels, it may take longer than usual. Don’t worry, All of the big LA wholesale factories are practically in our backyard. This means it’s super easy to keep stocked and minimizes wait time for you and your customers!
- Shipping: They can range from within 2-5 business days (7-20 for international orders) depending on your delivery address.
- We charge $4.99 for the first item+ $1.8 per each additional product added to that order shipped domestic and $7.50 for the first item + $3 per each additional product to the rest of the world.
- If you want to cancel, change the size, address, color of your order, please send an email to email@example.com within 5 hours from the time your order is placed.

- Product prices listed on the Website aren’t including Value Added Tax (VAT). Prices of products may vary depending on the time and promotions attached. The shipping fee and / or the applicable order fulfillment fee (if any) will be clearly displayed on the payment page when the customer makes an order.
- We don’t ship to some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.
For now, Everypassion doesn’t ship orders to Crimea, Cuba, Iran, Syria and North Korea. This list may change periodically.
We ship internationally to all other countries!

- Our standard process is the Direct to Garment (DTG) method of printing. We use Kornit and Brother printers for all DTG printed garments.

Returns and Exchanges
Your item is eligible for return, refund, exchange if at least one or more cases listed below happens:
+ The printed image is faded.
+ The printed image is off center.
+ Delivered wrong item.
+ Damaged due to delivery…
+ The order is not in the right size, color or style compared to the original order.
+ Other mistakes caused by us…
If the product you received has any of the above issues, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org with pictures of errors and your order number. We will refund or create a replacement order.
- If something arrives wrong, send a photo of the goods to email@example.com, then we’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to firstname.lastname@example.org, then we’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
- There are a few reasons an order can be returned to sender but most often it is due to an undeliverable address. Other instances include the package being unclaimed at customs.
If the shipping address is incorrect and you wish to have the product reshipped, you must be contact us to update new shipping addres and you will be charged for shipping cost.
If your packages do get lost in transit and the shipping address was 100% correct, we’ve got your back! We’ll ship out a new order with tracking, at our expense.
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
